Not a novelty act!
I should say they're not a traditional novelty act. Captain Clegg, aka Jesse Dayton, has been a favorite of mine as a solo act for several years and makes his second appearance as a Rob Zombie character. Both rockabilly, alt-country and rock fans can find something to like here. The lyrics are humorous, but the music is carries each track. While I recommend the whole album, my favorite tracks are "Macon County Morgue" and "Dr. Demon & The Robot Girl", while "Transylvania Terror Train" and "Redneck Vixen From Outerspace" have received play on Sirius Outlaw Country.
