It's Brahms; it has to be good!
These quintets are not as well known as, for example Brahms clarinet quintets, but they are good listening. They are typical Brahms -- lots of notes, lots of tunes, lots of lush sound. The performance by the Nash ensemble, with added violist, Phillip Dukes, can't be faulted. It's worth listening to these quintets with full concentration. Enjoy!
