Great!
Very impressed and only a few tracks in. I love the anthem styled vocals, with that driving "metal" sound pounding behind it. Great album so far.

I was gonna bitch about the fact that this record has a very produced, almost generic '00s heavy rock sound, and the fact that they used that damn AutoTune on a song, but y'know what? This is still a pretty killer Wildhearts album. It sounds enormous, there are more hooks here than most bands can manage over the course of an entire career, and they've opened themselves up to more contributions from the other members, not just Ginger. Not that one would ever need a songwriter in addition to him, and I do personally prefer his singing, but it adds maybe a bit more variety than usual and it mostly works in their favor. And the AutoTune? It's actually a hilarious way to end the album. This one's worth your downloads no question.
I admit to being a casual fan of Ginger and the Wildhearts over the years. But let's be honest, most of the previous albums have had a few phenomenal tracks and a lot of filler. Finally, we get a Wildhearts album that lives up to the potential! Solid rock and roll ... no filler!
