Feel It All Around
I've been waiting for a song to be able to pierce through my thoughts as a person in general, but this very song goes the distance and beyond. The vocals are tremendous!! Bravo!

Moody and evocative mellow synth grooves. A romantic heart beats underneath the electronic sheen.
I had downloaded this many months ago but didn't give it a listen until I went searching for the song playing during the opening credits of Portlandia (Feel It All Around). The album is short, sweet and a great vibe. If anything, it's perhaps a bit too short as they seem to have a tough time figuring out how to properly end a song.
This is a fantastic e.p. The music has a genuinely warm and glowing feel to it. The tracks really do hook you in and the overall laid-back feeling of the production moulds everything together perfectly. Easily one of my favourite albums this year.
Synths, harmonies and a lot of reverb. A WHOLE lot of reverb. Worthwhile though, if you like any kind of electropop.
tons of goodness and stuff on this album album cover is pretty awesome too.
Don't let your friends know you missed out on this one. It's already kinda too late.
Washed Out blurs the lines between 80's pop and a hazy sunshine afternoon. The melodies are somewhat hidden behind the overlapping beats and synths, but soon creep and infiltrate your head in no time. All of the tracks carry an interesting sound and flow well together. Feel it all around has to be my favorite among the six songs, it's so laid back, reminds me of floating through dreams.
It is like I have taken a car back to 80's. This does sound like music Naked Eyes did. Not the singer. I like it in a..."I remember 1985 very well". Get it and go back to the future!
...from '83 you were looking for, popped into a boombox (in need of a head cleaning) and recorded via mike into GarageBand in an alternative universe? Loves it.
