MusicMan1515

I'm a guitarist, Jimi Hendrix was a musical role model for me, I studied his music like I was in college, I can really say I learned to play the guitar with freedom to create from Mr Hendrix

This is classic Hendrix! This has all the songs I remember when I was in high school and it hasn't lost its appeal.

good music not so good quality recording

wanted this for a while....but was not happy with the quality of the sound. I know it is retro but a little effort to bring it up to better quality would have helped. I remember seeing him live. Some how this version seems damped down.

Exactly what I've been waiting for in the classic rock/blues jandra. I started listening to Hendrix when I was about 10-years old or so. I layed on the floor with a speaker on each side of my head, absorbing every glimmer of sound; as I was transported away from the poverty that surrounded me and the hunger that accompanied it. I learned later in life that he had served with the 101st Airborne, while he was in the Army. It is a commonality that I shared with him. Plug it into your MP3 player and let the experience begin.
