Slightly derivative but thoroughly entertaining
It certainly pays homage to its influences. A very shiny, produced album. If you are want to bandy terms like 'real metal' around, you probably won't like this. Synths, clean choruses, metalcore break downs, hints of industrial can all be found within. I'd say fans of Fear Factory, Meshuggah, SYL, Scar Symmetry, Sybreed would certainly find a lot to enjoy.
