Light, sweet ... and addictive
Rumba from East Africa seems to have a unique quality: a lightness of touch? a certain sweetness but without being saccharine or cloying? I don't know. All I know is that I like it, and this is some of the best, particularly as it's set against Issa Juma's distinctive, and very attractive husky voice. Even if you're only vaguely interested, definitely worth a download.
