I have noticed a pattern that virtually all albums that contain tracks of 10 minutes or longer require a full album download. I think it's a default setting in eMusic's system and they have to manually configure each album that is an exception. Perhaps they haven't made it to this album yet? They need to work on that, because a lot of albums are slipping through the cracks.
