How versatile can one band be?
The 77s never cease to amaze. Five unique songs make this well worth downloading for those wanting to know what all the fuss is about. A hard-rocker with meter changes throughout, "Unbalance" is still a crowd favorite. "Sevens" is a tender ballad of longing for love to be requited. "Blue Sky" is a blues rocker that sounds just as rockin' in an acoustic version on stage. "Years Go Down" is a Jeff Beck-like jazz jam that really gives the band a chance to show it's chops on stage. "The Best I Had" is a light ballad that finishes out the disc on a melancholy note. If you want to know what The 77s are all about, start here.
