Shed no tears
Despite the lack of proper documentation - this is the Philomusica of London, not the Philharmonia, under the early-music pioneer scholar and interpreter Thurston Dart - this download, also available from Amazon.co.uk, will be my Bargain of the Month in my February 2011 Download Roundup at Musicweb International. You'll also find in my review details of all the short pieces that make up this fascinating collection of 1604 - Amazon and eMusic list only the lachrimae (literally 'tears') that form its backbone: it's far from being as simply mournful as you may think, with galliards interspersed. The sound is thin, even for a 1958 mono recording, but the music and the interpretation shine through.
