Something to get excited about
As a big fan of Tunng's first two albums I'm very pleased to see Sam Genders return as Diagrams. This EP is a great taste of things to come; both familiar and refreshing at the same time. Tunngs later tunes were definitely catchy, but the records seemed to fall flat. The clever quirkiness, interesting lyrics, and minimal, yet melodic arrangements is all right here on the Diagrams EP. I can't wait for the full LP in 2012.
