Just Suede for us
Dog Man Star came out just on time to become the absolute favorite record of my teenage years. Back then I thought I am corny and uncool listening to Suede because everybody else does so... Only years later I found out from a Brit friend that Suede considered kind of "underground" even in England. That was weird to hear. Suede to me was the best band of that generation. So it's nice to see a Deluxe Edition now, but there's nothing much here for me that adds to the whole. Most of these B side tracks are already on "Sci-Fi Lullabies" except track 23. I am a fan but not into demos and all kinds of scrap materials anyways. The nicest thing here definitely is #29, Still Life's orchestral version. That one all by itself justifies the release of this deluxe edition.
