The future is now
I liked their first album a lot, but there is an attention to detail and nuance in their sound on (II) that creates some genuinely spectacular, beautiful noise. The beats are also often better. 'A Year in Silence' and 'Birds' are good examples of how they can still be 'ataripop', but also so much more than 'ataripop'. I couldn't recommend this higher.
