They Say...
A few entertaining songs are sprinkled throughout this collection of urban contemporary, New Jack, and hip-hop tracks, and the singing is decent in places. But it takes more than that to make a satisfying release, and when the uneven tracks, half-baked arrangements, and lightweight filler begin to bog things down, the results are ultimately forgettable.
