  • They Say...

Twisted Nerve, the label formed by designer and DJ Andy Votel with Damon Gough (aka Badly Drawn Boy), marked its four-year anniversary with this compilation. Two tracks are included for each of Twisted Nerve's original electro-rock acts. Most of these songs are very rare or long since deleted. For instance, "Shake the Rollercoaster" is from Badly Drawn Boy's initial release, and this is the first time the song was available since 500 copies of the original 7" were distributed in September 1997. Very busy with future projects, the label also assembled some taster tracks from more recently signed acts here, presaging future albums.
