  • They Say...

In 2004, Fear Factory returned from the brink of breakup with the remarkable Archetype LP, which combined femur-snapping, mechanized death metal ragers with swirling, gothic melodies for some of most fully imagined work of their career. Bite the Hand That Bleeds features the title single -- one of the album's more powerfully melodic tracks -- as well as a wealth of video content. There are clips for "Bite the Hand" and "Cyberwaste," as well as three versions of "Archetype" -- the original, a formerly Japan-only remix, and a live performance. The set also comes with a fold-out poster of Archetype's spooky cover art.
