They Say...
Fuels 2000's Blues Guitar Heroes collects 12 tracks by some of the masters of the genre: Albert King, Buddy Guy, Mississippi Fred McDowell, Buster Benton, and Robert Lockwood. Only a few tracks could be considered "classic," as the rest dig a bit deeper into these artists' catalogs, which is a real pleasure as opposed to hearing the same old tunes that have been recycled ad nauseam. This is an affordable, entertaining, and well-chosen set.
