  • They Say...

Day Glo Abortions founder the Cretin returns to the fold for Death Race 2000, which doesn't really break any new musical ground for the band but delivers exactly what fans want: a set of tuneful punk laced with gleefully obnoxious humor. It's possible to read them as an over-the-top parody of punk's taboo-busting sensibility, but either way, the album is a lot of fun if you appreciate their humor.
