  • They Say...

Dwell Records' In the Sign of the Horns: A Tribute to Venom gathers 15 tracks by 15 different, obscure death-metal bands all obviously influenced by Venom's over-the-top theatrics and murky riffery. The track listing is a pretty representative sample of Venom favorites, and while most of the bands don't add anything new, they do capture the spirit of the originals as well as can be expected. So, In the Sign of the Horns may very well be worth the time of hardcore Venom fans.
