  • They Say...

While many of their Constellation labelmates concerned themselves more with ambience, Do Make Say Think was a bit more traditional, but only a bit. In fact, the band owes as much to dub and early Kraftwerk as it does to psychedelic space rock. On each of the album's (mostly) lengthy tracks, the band takes its time getting from A to B. Yawnsville, if you're looking for a rock album, but a great way to mellow out if you're in no particular hurry. As with other Constellation releases, the packaging is of special interest, with a cutout in the front of the sleeve and multiple cards you can insert, for a different album each time.
