They Say...
The childlike yet somewhat obscene wit of Doktor Kosmos knows few bounds, and this delightful album of Casio synth-pop shows his broad range of faux-naive Continental humor, rendered in heavily accented English. For some listeners, the sparse synthesizer rhythms and Tinkertoy melodies will be a bit too much (or little), but Cocktail is an enjoyable, eccentric album.
