Nipper's Greatest Hits, Vol. 1: The '60s features remastered versions of 20 assorted hit singles scored by artists on the RCA label during that decade. Musically, the collection tends to concentrate on mainstream pop and bouncy pop/rock, which tends to make the selections toward the end by Jefferson Airplane, the Guess Who, and the Friends of Distinction sound a little out of place. Still, there are some songs here that don't appear on oldies anthologies very often, and most of the songs fit pretty well when presented together like this.
