One of the leading musicians/composers in the realm of sound healing stimulates the crown chakra.

  • We Say...

Jonathan Goldman has been recognized as one of the leading musicians/composers in the realm of sound healing. He's noted for his eclecticism and for his use of assorted instruments from various cultures to create a wide tableau of sound healing choices. Much like a pharmacist has thousands of remedies on hand, so does Goldman. One of my favorite recordings of his is Waves of Light. It features little more than a synth with binaural beats that move from side-to-side in the brain connecting neural networks, while a simple tone circumnavigates one's inner attention. I like the simplicity of the hour-plus piece, and the sense of stillness it creates. Though it modulates slightly high at certain points, its intention is to no doubt stimulate the crown chakra.
