While Bloom may not have developed much as an artist since his strong debut disc, this is his best work since then. The haunting "Don't Be Hard On Yourself" and the pretty "Water Ballerina" boast soft melodies and his trademark warm Celtic vocal. His downfall, though, is his penchant for sappy sentiment, as evidenced on tracks like "Rainsbow Warrior" and "Blackberry Time."
