  • They Say...

Day Parts: Holiday Musik, Vol. 2 is a full album of instrumental songs geared towards the holidays that really does not specifically fit into a certain season. Instead, the album suggests several classics by Handel, Bach, Vivaldi, and many others as a sort of mood music for gatherings. The selections are very good, and the playing by Chip Davis' Day Parts is very nimble and quick. The music never lulls, and the songs are all at least recognizable, making this a good mood album for an intimate gathering, but maybe something that will not often by played otherwise.
