Like its predecessor, Greatest Science Fiction Hits, Vol. 2 is a collection of 15 familiar sci-fi themes from movies and TV, as arranged and performed by Neil Norman. While serious fans of the films will prefer the original soundtracks, these versions are pretty good and quite entertaining. Among the highlights on the disc are themes from "The Empire Strikes Back," "Twilight Zone," "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century," "Doctor Who," "Star Trek -- The Motion Picture," "Adventures of Superman," "Dark Star" and selections from "Star Wars."
