    Most of the artists paying "tribute" to Depeche Mode on Trancemode 3.01 are obscure industrial bands (Razed in Black is perhaps the biggest name) signed to Cleopatra Records, which has already put out two prior tribute albums dedicated to Depeche Mode. These interpretations add very little to the material, and start to sound rather similar over the course of the album. Early pressings included a bonus CD featuring nine of the album's 11 tracks put together in a continuous "megamix."
