Guitar Landscapes offers a diverse collection of blues, jazz, country, and folk. Grossman's skill is evident on every track -- he weaves subtle, inventive phrases throughout the album. If he can be faulted for anything, it's that the songs are occasionally too subtle, drifting into the background. Nevertheless, there is plenty of wonderfully evocative music on Guitar Landscapes, making it a necessary listen for his fans.
