They Say...
Bill Lieb and Rhys Fulber create electronic music under many pseudonyms. As Synaesthesia they create hypnotic soundscapes with deep atmospheres. Embody is one of their more sedate efforts. Lieb and Fulber are expert sound manipulators and sound designers. This disc runs the gamut as they build walls of atmospheric sound replete with drones, experimental noises, synth sequences, and gentle rhythms. In general, this is a different style for Lieb and Fulber. While it is a dark effort bordering on satanic -- very much in character for them -- it is not as overbearing as their other CDs.
