A beautiful journey for the mind. I rated several of these tracks with high marks in iTunes the other day. I remember thinking that \"In Between\" would make a fantastic \"morning trance\" set addition. You can hear the sun slowly warming as it melts upward over the horizon, the the beat starts to slowly make conscious the mind for a new day. Excellent album with cohesion b/t tracks. The big mix track was equally welcome because everything then flows seamlessly.
Aes Dana's Perimeters is a journey through mesmeric trancey tunes that are low-key enough to still remain in the ambient camp. Plenty of beats here, but all are mellow and welcome. A very good album. 5/5
I think this is my second favorite AES DANA album after their great "Aftermath" one. The melodies are great, especially the track #4 "In Between". One little odd thing,the number 12 track is simply the whole album compressed into one continuous song. To me this is a waste of memory space to store this superfluous track, and so I deleted it.
I'll make this short and to the point; this is an excellent album which gets better after each listen,especially with a good set of cans.
