Finally something moving
I found Alberta Cross entirely accidentally. This was however, a blessing. The first track I heart was "Devil's all you ever had" while I was delving back into my Neil Young tracks. I have listening to this album a number of times, each time finding something I like better. There is a certain fluidity to each song, the almost gnawing yet still moving vocals, the clear homage to their forbears. I love what Alberta Cross does because they take so many of things that make this brand of Rock n' Roll great, pay the proper tributes to the bands before them and then still have the time and energy to keep it fresh, exciting and moving. Keep up the great work gentlemen...
