Stunning

This is a superb album, I absolutely love the spare sound, with shades of Keith Jarrett in parts, melancholic and haunting, and at other times fun and joyful. The unusual combination of oud, piano and accordion - gorgeous.

I think this album is outstanding. It is sparse, and beautiful. Melancholic in parts and fun in parts. It's one of my eMusic favourites... (I don't give many 5-star reviews)

This is not my usual type of music at all, and to see the genre saying jazz would have me recoiling in horror. But it`s grabbed me and I can`t stop listening to it. The oud and the piano together are lovely and the accordian is a delight too. I much prefer this to Thimar because that album has a rather abrasive sounding wind instument on it. Highly rated.
