More people should like this...
...for "Lush Life" alone. A far better debut solo album than, say, "Brett Anderson", as far as former Britpop frontmen go. Jack was a wonderful and wonderfully overlooked British indie band in the early and mid-90s. Reynolds lyricism hasn't missed a beat, and the beats haven't missed Reynolds. Okay, I don't know what that previous sentence even means, but this album is excellent. NC
