Sloppy, fuzz-chord driven offering that is wholly hostile to the ears and Southern to the core. “Evil Rock ‘N’ Roll” was written by singer Jeff Clayton and the infamous punk/jailbird/excrement enthusiast GG Allin. ANTiSEEN delivers hard-edged rock & roll with more brawn than brains, embracing the ugliness of the South’s bitter history without any of its Victorian romanticism. Audiophiles beware: you will not appreciate this album’s lackluster production. – Matt Carlson
