Music for the night. Beware of howling

EMUSIC-02040AE7

Enjoy a fulfilling experience of 11 songs of an epic scale with a cup of hot choc or a glass of milk or water. Recommended tracks- In Your Place, Unsweetable Soul, Num Haisto, and Two Nights Ago. Some songs are reminiscent of The Orb, Biosphere, Bill Orbit, Eno, and early Leftfield with poetry making it moody and deep to the listener in a night setting.

Ruined by Spoken Word

Muse8

Some interesting music ruined by affected spoken word. Great musicians wasted. Brian Eno said that every sound covers another sound. In this case, the sound of the human voice only serves to cover the music beneath.

good music, bad words

freelovemode

This CD would be awesome without the spoken word through out. The words/thoughts are meant to sound thoughtful and deep but just come of sounding contrived and lame in a kind of "beatnik" style minus the emotion with a defiant anti American leaning. There is a lot of great music here, in-fact the whole CD is good, but the spoken word thing is just too much for me.

I Saw You Walking

NeilO

Here is some electronic meditation music, but don't expect all the tracks to relax. There are some high pitched instruments that detract from the words that are laced like stern poetry. If you get nothing else, however, you MUST grab "Bird Shadows".
