I grew up with this album so its hard to separate when something is such an intrinsic part of your experience, but Arlo covers so much ground, some lighthearted and silly, some deeply meaningful--its a very human album. 1913 Massacre still sends chills up my spine and taught me much--a simple and deeply moving murder ballad. Thank you.
