Love it, love it! Her style soothes the savage soul - intoxicating! You can hear the influence of Fela Kuti, but so much more - great music! Drove out to the coast yesterday listening to Asa, bliss!

Happy, happy. If you like jazz, reggae, African, and intimate, sweet-voiced singers, Beautiful Imperfection is all that. Even in her more serious songs Asa expresses an optimism that I appreciate. She fits every mood, and the album is absolutely worth the download.
