The first track takes you into the not to distant future of Bladerunner at the street markets with some amazing vocals by Ayten. The rest of the album launches you into orbit and then off into space (with sound bites from NASA). Truly a cosmic audioscape.
Some weak sisters in this mix-Erase is excellent though-reminiscent of Life2 and Five Lines. not so big on the wailing in El Hai and Atlantis Child
I was initially put off by the first track and some very loud and somewhat wailing female vocals...but the rest of the album is brilliant, a fantastic journey, combining ambient, trance and even some orchestral elements. My favourite track is the very spacey and atmospheric Halley Road. I hadn't heard of Asura before now. Well worth checking out! And heck...even the first track has grown on me a little
