I Second The Biking Viking

Like so many 80's hard core bands, I've wondered over the years what their albums would have sounded like if they'd only gotten decent studio production. Attitude were, hands down (or fists pumped, if you will) my absolute favorite cross-over band. To hear them again, in such sonic grandeur, is pure joy! This is the best hard core album I've heard since Paint it Black came on the scene and that's really saying something. Download the whole thing without fear. It rocks from start to finish.

Holy f*ck! Attitude was a huge part of my youth --- used to see them nearly every weekend at Ruthie's Inn and other clubs around the Bay. In fact, I think I went to one of their very first live shows there with Death Angel and Neurosis or some other killer local bands. I always wondered how great they would sound if they finally got a decent recording, and now it's here, more than 25 years after their first demo came out. This sounds like a different A.A. than what I got used to. A little less crossover-thrash and a lot more straight-up beatdown hardcore, which is alllll good. Meaty guitars and Kevin's vocals are mean as ever. Goddamn, thank you, guys! My friends and I have been waiting a long time for this. P.S. Now that you're big-time, I'll be sending you a bill for all the teeth I lost at your shows.
