catchy

Love it. Definitely hear Elton John, ELO, and Bruce Springsteen in there. Almost like an American equivalent of Field Music. Don't really have a favorite song -all are great...just get the whole damn album. These guys are on the Daytrotter sessions also.

Rock at it's best!

flamgirlant

Power chords, driving beats, strings, tambourines, keyboards, stops and starts, tempo changes, harmonies, striking lyrics, opportunities for the listener to sing along - this has everything a great rock album should have! Sometimes disco, sometimes glam, sometimes just straightforward fist-pumping rock it’s a mashup of all the classic sounds you love: Queen, ELO, Bruce Springsteen… and so much more. We even get the gratuitous hair-band guitar solos and screams but it’s just full of pure adoration and joy. There isn’t an ounce of cheese or smidge of mockery to be found on this album. The love that went into each song can be heard in the subtle details - with each listen you’ll hear something new and exciting and fall in love with the album all over again. Just proves songwriting really is an art.

BLOVE

hey this is abraham from baby teeth writing in top-secret disguise as "BLOVE". don't tell anyone. just wanted to say thanks for the sweet review, and to say a great big hello to the emusic community that I love. peter's on here too, but I'm not gonna reveal his name. it'd be unethical to review my own record, but I would definitely recommend giving this one FIVE BIG ONES!

A great follow up to a great album

Baby Teeth is smart, sassy, a little bit disco with plenty of clever lyrics. I highly recommend their live at schubas albums (many different versions of these songs). Abraham, you rock my world. (PS, their live shows are amazing and filled with energy).
