Fun, fun, fun!

What to say about Bill Harley? We love him! When my teen was young we lived in CT and had the chance to see Bill Harley live. He is a great performer and very talented musician. His stories and songs are so true-to-life that the kids think he is one of them. He fills his albums with a variety of musical styles, which prevents boredom (for both kids and parents). I was excited to find this here for my younger son, since the old cassette tapes are all played out. Fun for kids and palatable for parents. Enjoy!

They Say All Music Guide

Bill Harley is a singer/songwriter and children’s entertainer who has been in the game for quite a few years, and most of the material on 1999′s Play It Again (as the title suggests) has been released on his other albums. It is all high-quality “kid stuff” with a message, and nicely performed, arranged, and recorded as well. Among the set’s 14 tracks are two original, previously unreleased tunes (“50 Ways to Fool Your Mother” and “Monsters in the Bathroom”) and a new story (“You’re Not the Boss of Me”). Folk, world pop, and even rap get the Harley treatment and, with a running time of almost an hour, these tunes will keep the kids engaged in the car or in the home. Harley has a real gift and, if you’re unfamiliar with his work, this album is a great introduction. – Gregg Juke
