Quirky, beautiful, & catchy!
Billie Burke Estate is actually Andy Liotta, former frontman for San Francisco band Walrus. Liotta departed the Bay Area for Seattle and a few years later delivered this magnificent opus of quirky pop rock. Give It All Away mixes the energetic piano of a Ben Folds with the wry wit of a Randy Newman, while Liotta's vocals are occasionally reminiscent of Andy Partridge (XTC) or Chris Belew (the Presidents of the USA). The net result is a fantastic collection of catchy and occasionally poignant songs which get better with each listen.
