This is "pure music" that will last a lifetime. Also, for drummers with a lot of chops you need this study in "groove." Just listening will improve your playing if you're looking to improve your playing.

I'm still wondering how come I did not hear this album before now. It is one of the top albums in my collection. Billy Cobham exercises complete integrity. On this album he integrates instruments, vocals in a way that stays in your mind and soul.
