Great album!!!

K.I.N.E.T.I.K.

This "mixtape" is better than most albums!!! Soulful yet hard hitting beats and the rhymes for the most part are oll on point!!! Look out for "Caltroit Metropolis" coming soon - this will contain all the songs that didn't make this album... also I think that the downloading issues surrounding this album have been sorted... I downloaded it again and it seems all good to me...

The tracks have gaps! WHY!WHY! WHY! The album sounds dope except for the gaps interrupting the songs.

FIX THE TRACKS!!!!!

SilentNoise

eMusic, whats with the dead spots in the tracks???? I'm quite sure this isn't intentional on Black's part. FIX YOUR UPLOADS of this album! Besides the dead spots, this album is fire. Blazing a trail from the D to L.A. The track with Ras Kass and Royce is ridiculous (as is the track with Elzhi and Phat Kat). GET THIS ALBUM. (after the tracks are fixed, of course)

Year in Hip Hop 2008

By Dart Adams, eMusic Contributor

I know what you're thinking. It's barely December, and everyone is already playing Christmas music. Meanwhile, you're still making turkey sandwiches from the cast-off pieces of your Thanksgiving bird. Similarly, it's barely even gotten cold outside, and people are already making Best Of 2008 lists? What gives, people? Well, that's what we do here — we keep track of the best albums of the year so that you know what hot tips to pass along… more »
