Black Sabbath

robmech05

Dio will forever be one of the greatest frontman in heavy metal. We all know that Ozzy will be the brainchild of Black Sabbath but Dio kept our hopes alive for the dark, heavy rock we love! Tony Iommi will always be one of the greatest heavy metal axemen in history. Hope you get well soon Tony. Albuquerque loves you guys!!!!!!

Great Album from the Dio Years

Fans of early Black Sabbath albums may be put off by the different sound; this is no Black Sabbath or Paranoid for instance, but is definitely worth listening to if you are willing to try something different.

One Of Their Best

This is one of my favorite Black Sabbath Cd's of all time. I think it's the best one with Dio, it's heavy & dark, just like Sabbath should be.

They Say All Music Guide

From the group many credit with creating metal, guitarist Tony Iommi resurrected an earlier lineup of Black Sabbath for Dehumanizer. As is their wont, the Sabs show concern for humanity’s future. Lead track “Computer God” tackles mankind’s capitulation at the altar of technology. “After All” evokes the morbid/mystical themes and sonic plod of earliest Sabbath. Dehumanizer breaks little new ground. But with hundreds of other groups expropriating the sound these days, it’s comforting to find that, 22 years on, there’s still no one who can churn out those sinister, almost orchestral three chords quite as effectively as Iommi and Butler. – Roch Parisien
