Great Southern Rock

DontWannaNicknameDammit

I saw these guys on the Simpleman 2011 cruise. They were great. This is amazing southern rock. Fun to listen to, good old fashioned stuff. See them live when you can, I will be doing so later this month, too. They're fun to watch.

Southern Rock's Next Generation

marlinmc

A very strong album by most any standard and the best "southern rock" work in perhaps 20 or more years. Fans of Skynrd, Molly Hatchet, etc., will find much to like in "Folklore & Superstition." Listen to "Things My Father Said" & "Peace is Free" for their take on the southern rock anthem and then listen to them rock out on the molasses thick "The Key" and you'll have a good idea what these guys are about. A must have for any fan of the southern rock genre.
