It is actually a good thing that Blaze was ousted from Iron Maiden. During his tenure he suffered from cardiovascular infections that prevented him from utilizing his full range of talent, which is fortunately seen here. The album as a whole still has a NWBHM sound to it with a rich baritone voice. This a perfect album to round out your collection with.
