Another great album
Like many, 3 Rounds and a Sound is one of my favourite albums ever. A hard act to follow therefore - but this does a good job. Full of melody and that distinctive sweetly-melancholic atmosphere.
An amazing sophomore album
Keeps the same sound we've grown to love from Blind Pilot, with a little more verve and energy than the first album. Great harmonies and background vocals, lyrics, and melodies. Some albums don't grab you the first time you listen to them and you have to force yourself to go back - NOT the case here, I can't wait to listen to this again and again! This band is going to be around a long time if they produce work like this consistently!
Can it be as good as the first?
Blind Pilot's first release is by far the best CD I own. Familiarity with and love of \"3 Rounds and a Sound\" for many years drove me to download this album immediately. I am not disappointed. Still new to me obviously, but so far, love it! Tracks 1, 5, and 6 are favorites.

So far, much more upbeat than \"3 Rounds,\" but still distinctly Blind Pilot. I like it.
