In 1996, former Allies lead singer and co-founder Bob Carlisle watched his radio single “Butterfly Kisses” rocket to the top of charts, resonating with both mainstream and contemporary Christian listening audiences alike. Five years after this monumental success, he released the 2002 project The Best of Bob Carlisle: Butterfly Kisses & Other Stories, an album including the song now synonymous with Carlisle’s name.
