Great album for kids
We got this for my daughter when she was 2-and-a-half. She never watched Sesame Street, but loved the tracks on this one. Long Live Bob! It many many a family driving trips tolerable.

Still great. after all these years!
I used to have some records of Bob when I was a child. In case you don't recognize him, Bob McGrath was one of the regulars on Sesame Street in the 80s (I'm not sure if he's still on). Listening to his music brings back memories of my childhood, and I'm happy to say that today, for me, he falls into the same catagory as Raffi, Fred Penner, and Sharon Lois and Bram - great children's music that adults can enjoy too! He sings his songs simply, without a lot of accompaniment - none of the drum machines and synthesizers that seem to be so popular today. For some parents, that might be a con, but to me, it's definitely a pro!
